In this article, we aim at guiding you on how to login to the Queue-it GO Platform using password authentication or SSO.

How to log in
- Go to URL: https://go.queue-it.net/app2/account/login/customer
- Enter your 'Customer account ID' and click continue. The Customer account ID is the identifier of your Queue-it GO account, which was issued at account creation. If you are unsure what your Customer Account ID is, here are a few ways to locate it.
- The first part of your username (e.g. 'ticketania' in 'ticketania-johndoe').
- Look for your username in your Queue-it activation email.
- If you have access to the Queue-it GO Platform, the ID is located in Account -> Company Profile
- Submit a support request at: http://queueit.zendesk.com/anonymous_requests/new
Note that you can skip this step and go directly to the login page using this URL: https://[customeraccountid].go.queue-it.net/app2/account/login/sso
- If you are logging in with SSO, simply enter your email and sign in with your identity provider.
If you are logging in with password authentication, enter your email or username along with your password.
SSO Account provisioning
To be able to authenticate with SSO, a user with a matching email address must be created in the User Management section of the Queue-it GO Platform. Navigate to 'Account' -> 'Users' to create user accounts.

How to log out
Click your name in the top right corner and click 'Log Out'.
How to change accounts
If you have more than one account in our Queue-it GO Platform and you want to change accounts, you need to first log out from the existing account and then follow the log in process for the other account.
